Yes, and you don't have to choose up front. Build your profile in Claude, pick it up in Muse, go back to Claude tomorrow — it's the same account every time. Your profile is tied to the Google account you sign in with, not to the client you happened to use, so there's nothing to export, sync or migrate. Any MCP client works, and your unlock follows the account too: pay once in one of them and every other one is unlocked as well.
No. The admin tools I operate can see billing state and sign-in dates and nothing else — they have no route into the database your profile lives in. That's enforced in the code, not just promised here.
